After DD has been cooked in the oven and the Dr. is observing her delicious victim’s rump, then DD should be moved to a table surrounded by hungry interns, or better yet, ghoul friends drooling for a serving. All the ghouls should be seated and holding a knife and fork and pounding on the table. If they don’t get served quick enough, then they should turn their ravenous appetite on the doctor and remove her clothing as they devour her on the floor and then return to devour the delicious looking DD. Yum! Victim and chef….bon a petite!
